  • If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice ("no-show"), you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible in such situations.

6. Policy Changes:

  • Hutt Valley Driving School reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

At Hutt Valley Driving School, we strive to provide the highest quality of service to our valued customers. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that you are satisfied with your experience with us. Please read the following refund policy carefully:

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

  • If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson or service.

  • Refunds will only be provided for cancellations made within this time frame.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or service will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact us via email at bookings@huttvalleydrivingschool.co.nz with your booking details and reason for cancellation.

  • Once your request is received, we will process it within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain services or products may be non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:

    • Completed driving lessons.

  • Please check the terms and conditions associated with specific services or products for refund eligibility.

4. Refund Exceptions:

  • In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, we may consider refund requests outside of the 24-hour window.

  • Any such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the discretion of Hutt Valley Driving School.
